Prodigy Appraising Services needs individuals with excellent commercial appraisingskills.  They work hand-in-hand with our investment and leasing associates in providing clients with appraisals, market research and analysis tools to support their real estate decision making process.

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

• AACI or FRICS designation or equivalent qualification
• Excellent analytical, organizational & communication skills
• Good overall business acumen, strong values and integrity
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint

IFRS Specialist

To be our IFRS Specialist, you must be hold a professional accounting designation with experience in financial reporting.  IFRS certified by association preferred.

Lease Auditors

Lease auditing is a very unique task in the commercial field and requires the combination of accounting, legal and real estate knowledge.  As a lease auditor, you will coordinate the review and desk audit, in conjunction with the VP-Lease Audit of 100% of all year end statements received from landlords for operating costs and taxes for locations less than 10,000 square feet. 

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

• University degree holders who exhibit a strong background in law, accounting or real estate
• Ambitious self starters with a high degree of self confidence and motivation
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent  written and verbal communication skills
• Strong accounting skills
• Comfortable in a computerized environment
• Good knowledge of commercial real estate
• Career focus a must
• Real estate related degree and/or designations and/or enrollment in RECO an asset
